At Willowbrook Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
Package Securely
Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit back to our garden centre.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or bring the item directly to our physical store's service desk with your original receipt.
Receive Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
